Partner, Head of Cyber Security
Daryl is a Partner and Head of the Cyber Security practice at KPMG in Singapore, where he leads a team focusing on Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Outsourcing Governance, Business Resiliency, and Software Licensing. Prior to KPMG, Daryl held regional roles in Deutsche Bank, including Head of Information Security Risk & Governance, deputy COO for Investment Banking Technology, and Head of IT Audit. He has over 21 years experience advising clients on information security, cyber security capability, business continuity, outsourcing risk, implementation of technology tools, and designing operational processes using a combination of ISO27001, NIST, SANS 20 Critical Security Controls, COBIT, PMBOK, and sector specific regulations such as MAS/HKMA TRM and IM8. Daryl is the Past President of ISACA Singapore, which is the local chapter for the world's largest certifying body for professionals in the fields of Cybersecurity, IT Audit, and IT Governance. He also serves as a committee member at CPA Australia, Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, and a charitable organisation in Singapore.
